The Voltage must be at least 12.6V,Otherwise the battery won't be full filled.
If your charger electric current >6A, DO NOT charge only one battery,it will lead to battery damaged!
If your charger electric current 5A and need charge only one battery,put the battery on the first socket close to the LED Light.
